Refunds & Cancellations

At Classmango, we aim to provide a seamless management experience for both academies and parents. However, please note that Classmango is only the platform that helps manage subscriptions and training sessions. Refunds and cancellations are handled directly by the academy, and Classmango is not responsible for processing any refunds.

Cancellation

Parents can cancel their subscription directly with the academy before the start of a new billing cycle. To cancel, please contact the academy where your child is enrolled. You may need to log in to the academy's portal or email the academy's support team for assistance with the cancellation.

Refund

If you forget to cancel before the start of a new billing cycle and the amount has been charged, Classmango does not handle refunds. You will need to contact the academy directly for any refund requests. Refund eligibility is subject to the academy's own refund policy, and no refund will be processed if any training session has been attended in the new billing cycle.
